It never gets old

I love celebrating the little things in life. They are the ones that always put a smile on my face. Here are a few of my favorites from this past week.

It was our Anniversary, school was closed for the day. We went out for lunch. Sophie used the potty and managed to stay dry the whole outing. They held hands all the way to the car.

Mason got really upset when Fred bought me the purple tulips for our Anniversary--without him. The next day, my two boys went out, and Mason brought me home these beautiful blue daises. My boys do good.

We made homemade Strawberry ice cream. In between moments of watching it churn, we sat on the deck and made as many funny faces as we could. That's just how we roll.

Our maple tree, in the backyard, is full of whirlybird seeds. While playing outside, Fred shook the tree and they fluttered to ground, the kids taking center stage in this beautiful scene as helicopters swirled around them.

She learned to climb to the top of the playground at McDonalds by herself. Each time exclaiming, "Mommy, look at me! I climbing!"

When I see our everyday laid out in pictures and moments like this, it becomes clear just how much my life ROCKS!
